"I have worked at Impartner for over a year. They are #1 in Partner Relationship Management (PRM). Impartner is a fast-growing company so they do experience a lot of growing pains which can create chaos that is difficult to manage. The biggest issue is the management, they are so focused on their goals and trying managing the chaos they created that they forget the people in the trenches doing the work. Unfortunately, the entire business is basically a good old boys club so if you aren't in their click you won't get any help with issues on projects or any additional training. Don't think you will get a position based on qualifications either because they will hire friends with no experience and train them before giving you a promotion or even hired. I would avoid this company unless you like to work in a toxic environment."
