"I highly recommend not feeding into the BS; Impact Realty Tampa Bay likes to feed the students. Right after paying the initial fee, expecting to receive the help and resources they advertised, you will be completely lost and on your own. The broker simply does not care about you or your success since he is established (maybe if he likes you for some personal reason, which is unnecessary for business), and everything that they supposedly offer, I guarantee if you ask a few questions on it, the answers will vary from the way it was originally explained to you. There are international brokerages with far more agents that have interactive offices for ANY AGENT. Another broker had to enlighten me on several things I needed to practice and actually succeed at, while I had my license hanging by a thread. Crazy! I haven't even gotten to speak to the broker at Impact. Contact, yes, but actually communicating, no. The broker for the international company offered to actually sit down with me and go through whatever was needed whenever, as he knew most of his agents already had the knowledge. Do your homework, look into everything you'll need to practice, and look for a brokerage with actual training and support for new agents. The impact isn’t always positive."
