What do you like about working at Impact Networking?

"It is a good learning experience for entry level professionals, you learn a lot about how other businesses operate.."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is unbeleivebly easy to get hired here and there is a reason for this. They will take anyone crazy enough to work here since the turnover rate is so high. Their mentality is if they hire 100 people 2-3 will like the position and do fairly well so it is worth having the other 97-98 try it for a fe months and fail. Take everything you hear from them with a grain of salt, they make promises that you will be rich beyond your wildest dreams within two years if you follow their company plan and that couldn't be further from the truth. If you are desperate for work they will hire you if you really want it, but in my opinion the work here is obnoxiously stressfull, the upper management doens't care about their employees, and the commision structure dones't allow for new hires to make any money what so ever. Unless you absolutely cant find anything else at all, DO NOT TAKE A JOB HERE!"

What don't you like about working at Impact Networking?

"Impact does not care about its employees. Expect 50-60 hour work weeks for hardly no pay. They like to hire recent college graduates since they are willing to work for much less compared to experienced sales people. Also the commision structure is a joke. They try and get people to think you will make $100,000 a year after two or three years being there because 2 or 3 people in the companies history have done it. It is almost impossible for new hires to make any money. Get used to constant cold calling and soliciting. While working for Impact I never felt less valued as a human being in my life. Like I said earlier the upper management doesn't value their employees which is why the turnover here for all positions is incredibly high. If you are desperate it is really easy to get a job here but don't expect to be here for too long."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to your employees and learn from mistakes. It seems that this company continues to do the same things over and over and not learn from mistakes. Because of this I doubt they will ever have more than a very mediocre market share within their industry."
