What don't you like about working at Impact Networking?

"I resigned because of the insufficient compensation. I sacrificed and worked really hard to stick it out as long as I could in hopes that it would pay off, and it didn't. The income was $27,000 per year which includes a car allowance of $1,000/ month, so the income was really $15,000 per year. Commissions were paid sometimes 3-6 months after the sale and we got paid based on gross profit. So, if the product was valued at a $10,000 outcost (after a 29% mark-up for the company), we would get paid only a percentage of how much more we sold it for. But we had a gate of $2,000. So if I sold that same $10,000 product that month for $12,000, I would not receive any commission. If I sold the product for $13,000, I would receive $350.00. Being that some of our products were commodities and highly competitive, we would many times have to sell the product for under $10,000 to win deals. I have no problem with working hard, but I expect to be compensated when working 12-18 hour days, and that was not the case."
