"I worked for the CFO, Executive VP Finance and he allowed me to independently. Wants individuals who take initative and good follow through in order to meet deadlines. I have good written and verbal communication."

"Mamagement likes individuals who can bring new ideas and expertise to help the company do new business. They need individuals to help with investors to sell mortgage loans."

"CEO and President need to allow the employees opportunity to get involved more with decision making."

"Management needs to do the due diligence before making mergers and acquistions of other companies in the future. They have not done any due diligence of new companies, and doing new business with mortgage originations and residential/commercial loans."

"I was able to work independently. I was responsible for all taxes for the publicly held corporation."

"Management like individuals who are self-motivated and take initative all on their own. Work independently and have good follow through on completing tasks and meeting objectives."

"Don't exagerate your experience they will find out and don't require you to have done the exact job you are applying for. They are ok with training and train well. This is unusual in the industry."

"Dont do Alt A loans at 95% LTV when Real Estate values are peaking."
