"Do not accept the position. Only 4-5 employees EVER hit the top bonus tier."
What don't you like about working at imortgage.com?
"Certain managers should not be in management rolls, and are allowed to create a hostile work environment. Large amounts of overtime are required, to hit certain bonus tiers however the company refuses to justify overtime."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Work on the turnover. It is a direct result of poor/TERRIBLE middle management. Senior management is absolutely FANTASTIC, but oblivious to the issue at the middle manager level."
