"locations sometimes is a difficulty, in that one can sometimes not find the location, or the location is small and cramped"

"give employees more incentives sometimes, to be able to pay for travel time"

"Limited flexibility. Contract employees were required to work when the government employess were off."

"All employees should be treated fairly. Encourage employess who have inhibitions (fears) about certain jobs to push through"
