"Long hours is probably the biggest item, as last year had nearly 700 hours overtime. Do not get a lot of direction on most of jobs we work on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not to be in too many meetings, as too many meetings are non-productive and it makes them hard to find when you need to ask them questions."
