"I love imc2 and it's the people I work with and that talent I get to work with everyday. You can make your own world very easily so feel empowered."

"The Senior Dallas management needs work and seems to treat NYC as nuisance."

"To understand the NYC market and talent, you need to be in NYC for a while. A trip up from Dallas for a day or two each month will not allow you to see the thinking or chemistry that happens."

"Be assertive with quality ideas. The structure of the process and the turnaround might get you, but it's worth it."

"Hour long creative sessions don't yield quality work. Granted some tasks such as that are inevitable, but there are too many resources to have sub par work."
