What do you like about working at Image Factory?

"I learned a tremedous amount every day. My boss gave us the oppotunaty to prove ourselfs indepentantly, so we could each grow at our own rate and comfort level."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be creative. If you can show the management team that you can think outside the box, it will benefit you tremedously. They have thinking meetings every week, where the company comes together and brain storms over ideas. This was probably one of my favorite times."

What don't you like about working at Image Factory?

"Since I was only an intern, there were jobs that I would have loved to work on but could not because of time contraints."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None, but maybe if I would of worked there a little longer I would have been able to give my opinion."
