1Revamp the entire structure. You have created a toxic environment that is nothing more than a perversion of what the company once stood for. Your employment base resents you and with good reason. Be accountable for the horrible decisions and negligance that you are directly responsible for. Reign in sales, they are out of control and unbelievably unethical.
3.1take a look at directors there for a free ride who do nothing for their team or the organization just show up so they get stock options but contribute nothing and are hated by their team! luckily there are competent manager to be sure things are done..... and tell him (the director) how to do his job!

During this time I had the distinct pleasure of working with a group of highly competent and committed individuals who all believed in the Company's vision of improving health and wellness by unlocking the power of the human genome. As a US$3.11B company with 7500 employees (and contractors), and 20% CAGR the pace is frenetic. You need to move fast and embrace change.
