"IWU is a wonderful place to work. The benefits for full-time exempt staff are phenomenal, and as I understand it, the pay is 80th percentile for faculty. That money has to come from somewhere, though, and it looks like IWU decided that it would come from staff. The careful balancing of fantastic benefits and 20th percentile pay is part of what makes working for IWU interesting. Perhaps most importantly, however, it's an extremely relaxed, comfortable place to work for everyone."
