"No, it's a good company and I respect my boss. They want hard working dedicated individuals, and you must work hard everyday, and expect to work at least 9 to 10 hours a day if you want to be accepted."
What don't you like about working at International Laser Group?
"Although I am a self starter and produce results, there are no in-puts or no direction from the management. Oppressive environment."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They hire good upper-level talents but tries to micro-manage people. At the same time for a new assistant level, they do not train people properly."
