"ilani Casino & Resort just opened in April 2017. The Casino is owned by the Cowlitz tribe and was built with assistance from Mohegan Sun. We've heard that Mohegan Sun has a great company environment. This casino is supposed to be modeling Mohegan, and it has been getting better the longer they have been open. However, chronic shortages of beverage servers and cleaners have impacted the work environment. Basically this is a good place to work. I would recommend it."
