"I've worked for IGT since 2011 as full time and worked from 2008 to 2010 as a contractor. It is a very good company."

"I worked here for almost 4 years. The first few years were great. Change in management created most job dissatisfaction I experienced. I felt undervalued, and there were too many cooks in the kitchen when it game to designing games."

"IGT was a great company to work for. After a few senior leadership changes the company was in a downhill trend. The future of the company is unclear."

"IGT is #1 in the casino gaming manufacturing industry but the poor economy has created large business downturns which in turn creates poor financials for IGT hence business and job instability. Further, this job insecurity has created a negative organizational culture of non-teaming, infighting between teams, fear of new ideas and even sabotage of individuals in an attempt to maintain their personal self worth to the organization to survive the next lay offs which seems to always imminent."

"The work life balance is great within the company, but opportunities to advance my career are very lacking. I also don't feel that upper management has a clear direction for the company and doesn't pass this along to the rest of the company and are unable to make a decision to move forward. They seem to be busy trying to catch the competition than passing them and exploring new business opportunities."
