"Working for Igmas Technology provided a working environment for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry. Encouragement for advancement in the work place is based on the # of trouble tickets you close and not on the possibility for retaining some if not all of your best seasoned helpdesk engineers. As new technologies are being explored by the existing clients, the knowledge of the emerging technology is reserved for the privileged few that will not receive the call."
"The company has a mom and pop mentality but provides an image of a highly rated service provider. If not for the dedication & hard work of the support staff at the helpdesk, the clients would have left some time ago. The company is good for a recent student in the Information Technology field to get acquainted with the hospitality industry outside of work for a hotel directly in my opinion. It is also a good company to work for if you have been looking for work, to get back in the industry."
