"Take in all the training they give, as it is top notch and transferable to other companies."

"The targets were put out of reach after 2008. The commission were rolled back and never re-instated even though company profits have gone up."

"Re-instate the commission structure to pre-2008 levels as the economy has improved and the company profits are at all time heights."
