"They paid me. Some of my coworkers were nice people. Jim Norman, in particular, was an excellent, ethical, and loyal supervisor."

"Senior management was incompetent. The company lurched from crisis to crisis with no clear vision. Communication from management to staff was poor to nonexistent. Company was ethically challenged."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Irrelevant as the company is presently in Chapter 7 dissolution."
