"Management has unreasonable expectations. Will move up deadlines weeks without consulting with project managers or people familiar with the site. Job roadmaps are murky, and I often didn't hear about a project until it was mere days away from expected completion. No formal scheduling apparatus means double booking for my time most days of the week. If you give this company an inch, it will take a mile, and they were taking severe advantage of my time, since I went several months working heavy hours due to my family living in another state. Individual people at the company are great, but the highest leadership is clueless and are more concerned about their image than they are with their employees. There's no bonus structure, and no incentive for salaried people to work crazy hours, even though they are expected to. When projects are behind they expect everyone to not only finish what they are doing on time, but to save the failing project by throwing man hours at it. They don't pay reimbursement in a timely manner. I had well over $2000 in reimbursement floating around for several weeks, and it took a threat of a walkoff for me to get my money."
