"Working in a refinery. I feel the the growth of the company has affected it's individual relationships with it's employees. The cost of health care and retirement participation."

"Don't forget where you came from. On site visits to talk to employees (not meet with) to discuss any concerns, ideas they may have. Open door policy. Remember, it is not always employees, sometimes it is employee as an individual!"
