"I was at the PEC CAT plant the whole time I worked for IEM THE WORKING CONDITIONS WERE GOOD. I did not work in the field"

"stop sugar coating the truth, IEM doesn't have anything in Nebo. You only get a raise or benefits if IEM can get the company you are working at to pay for it"
What don't you like about working at IEM?
"Management abandoned the workers, the general manager position was filled by a man that was the grounds keeper at a golf course. The plant that I worked at (management put a man in charge that a your trying to stab me in the back attitude and would not listen to the people that was trying to help him) and he ruined the relationship with Caterpillar we (the other employees and myself had spent 10 years building). Paul Brooks Jr. made some money and put enough aside to live on and opened Bubba's Bate shop but now he has let down all the employees he had and the ones that are still holding on also he let down his family members all of which work at IEM. He has let his company go down the tubs . The quality of the work is now substandard"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"you had some good people that worked for you in the past. get rid of the dead wood and the attitudes of the people at the plants that are in management positions they are dragging the company down even further."

"Not doing the same things everyday, it was also challeging ."

"Dot your I's and cross your tee's if you are negociating salary."
