"If you have another choice take it! This place is a revolving door of employees. Their employee retention is the worst i've seen in my professional career. The average employee stays for a year at most."

"If you are a minority, do not expect to get anywhere in the company. There is an inside group of friends of management that are the decision makers, and if they like you, you will do well, if they don't, you won't."
