"I've worked at IDFL since 2011. It is a family owned company that is great at taking care of its employees' personal lives and working with their schedule. Getting decisions made and moving things forward can be a challenge with how the company is currently structured. Working there has taught me a lot and made me a better employee but within a few years it is easy to grow out of it and be able to move on to bigger and better things."
