"First off, its a business. Everyone is there to make money and thats it. Quality is poor due to higher level executives telling us to do the work with less people, which means we were moving too fast. Samples were getting lost, microscope techs were reading too fast, machines couldn't handle the workload...animals died and the company didn't care. They were making money, thats all they cared about. But the pay was ok, especially if you're just starting out. They also have a team that ensures that their employees aren't speaking badly about them on their social media. These good reviews are because they don't want you to see the seedy underbelly of their lab. High turnover in EVERY department. Bet nobody sees this!"

"It could be better but I will take what I have as I know it could be worse"

"I like the flexibility and trust given to me. I am treated fairly and I enjoy the work I am doing. There is flexibility in the hours I work and I do not get micromanaged."

"Too many meetings and a lack of direction from leadership. I'd like to have more flexibility in my job and be given more opportunity to work from home. The office is isolated in an industrial area, with no access to bars, restaurants, etc."

"I'd walk the 'shop floor' and show my face more, get to know more employee staff."
