"I am working for IdeelI since June 2013 as a remote employee. I monitor and support systems and batch processes, resolve data issues in the database that arise from bugs or service outages, uncover and report bugs in production code, and maintain and contribute to the Application Support tool set, a repository of code meant to quickly diagnose and fix day to day system issues."

"You are given the opportunity to pitch strategies and ideas"
What don't you like about working at Ideeli?
"The company does not have a strong revenue stream. This causes problems because there are no budgets from projects and they expect you to cover all of your own business expenses from your own pocket."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They do not have a very present upper management team. The CEO and VPs are never available to speak and do not make decisions. ideelI was the very first online sample site but now we are ranked last in sales compared to our competitors. The CEO does not love Fashion- don't work in retail if you don't like retail"
