"be prepared that this is a small company and that means you have to work plenty of unpaid overtime. you have to be able to deal with the harsh management who does not know how to be professional, not even in job ads."

What don't you like about working at Ideawork Studios?

"everybody was expected to work overtime. there are no benefits. overtime was not paid. the social ambiance was not great - communication pretty much did not exist. there was no agile or other team driven programming environment. things were expressed in a harsh way, using not very serious language"
