"The work environment and my coworkers were very good. Unfortunately I worked under management that was inexperienced with startup companies and made many management mistakes that cost the company time, money and frustration. There also was a culture of back-stabbing and ladder-climbing amongst mid-level management that contributed to an unnecessarily stressful work environment."
