"I've worked at Idea Nuova for 3 and half years now. I love what I do, and being in an environment that helps you achieve your potential is really something I look for in a company.I am a hard worker, and being so the compensation is quite good. The owners and managers of the company are very involved and give experienced guidance.The company has a great mix of employees which help to cover a vast spectrum of the market - from hardline goods to softlines."
