"As someone who is fairly new to the workforce after finishing college, I was looking for a position in a company that I could grow with, but also make enough money now to be able to survive until I could advance. I found IDC through the recommendation of a family friend and was impressed with how happy their employees were and applied the same day. Now I have a salaried position at IDC that not only pays me a great rate, but also includes bonuses and incentives if I work hard and meet or exceed my goals.
