"I've worked for IDMLoco for about a month so far. This is a contract position and I currently work from my home office. While the work is fun and the pay is great the hours are not so good. Some weeks I work 5 hours while some I can work 30 depending on how many projects are available. The company itself is great to work and consists of a very professional team."

"ID Media does not care about their employee's"

What do you like about working at ID Media?

"In the beginning to lure you into the company culture, they ply you with free liquor at the company sponsored happy hour. Mostly good management team as far as the buying departments and Account Executives put in their fair share of work."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"They are looking for the person willing to work the cheapest. They love college grads and it's a great sweatshop to learn the business as long as your mommy and daddy are paying your bills."

What don't you like about working at ID Media?

"They are slow to promote and will often start giving write ups to people who complain to entice them to leave. They will do whatever it takes to get you to do the maximum amount of work for the least amount of money."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You need to recognize that some of your Departments have managers that are clkearly out for themselves and have no interest in promoting growth from within. The female CEO and President and VP's, are pushing an extremely feminist agenda. You are most likely to get promoted as a female and definitely don't work there if you're a man, let alone a minority. Minority retention is disgusting except for a few figure heads at the top."
