"When I worked with ICW in the beginning, it was a fun, and busy atmosphere, you worked hard, and you truly earned your pay. No problems with that.Overtime, IT management screwed things up by investing in SAP, which caused problems in the finances and hurt the company, causing massive layoffs. Overtime, IT management also hired Directors who had their own agenda, tried to change the company's technology direction, and get their own people into the company. This hurt the departments."
