"ICSA is so disorganized, I am astonished that the company is still in business.They throw employees into the water with next to zero training.They are stuck in the 90s with archaic bug-riddled software.Clients are largely dissatisfied with the product. Company morale is also low, as nearly every employee hates the software.Unfortunately, I just cannot recommend this company."
