"I've worked for ICPH for a couple of years, and while the work they produce is very eye-opening and rich, the management is very controlling. There is a lot of micro-managing happening, and a lack of trust, flexibility and overall camaraderie in this organization from upper management. You're made to feel as if you do not have a say in anything you do. Not a very creative and free environment to be in."
