"This is a contract company and you are probably not going to sell one drug for more than a few years, so selling new drugs is exciting because you get to learn a new disease state and a new drug. Also, I liked the freedom of not only being a team player but being on my own as well out in the field."

"Be energetic, excited and passionate about sales and how you are making a difference in the lives of patients who are and will be taking your drugs."

What don't you like about working at ICOS Vision Systems?

"When a contract ends, you lose your job and then you have to wait sometimes months in order for them to sign a new contract."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"In this industry it is hard to keep good people because you are constantly losing contracts and when this happens people usually move on to other things."
