"ICON Aircraft was a great company to work for. But since it is still a start-up even though delivered around 100 aircraft. It has been a challenge working for the company due to minimal resources, not enough manpower, funding issues. The reliability of the product was not great and it requires lot of improvement. The interaction between internal and external customers was poor as well. The aircraft is awesome for its design and function but it has riddled with low customer satisfaction due to breakdown even prior to delivery of the product. The employees are treated fairly but with uncertainty of what might happen in the future."
