"I've worked at ICF since 2017. They're a great company to work for due to the workplace locations, company culture, benefits, pay, and training-education opportunities.. They also have fantastic happy hours every quarter! The company's run under ethical governance too! It does have a progressive-liberal culture which is the only thing I don't care for, but you can work there as a conservative and not be ostracized which is a good thing."

There are great perks of working with a flexible schedule and going physically into the office, including a coffee bar in the mornings and afternoons. The Christmas party is fantastic"
