"I have only been with ICF for about 6 months, but my experience so far has been fraught with red tape, lack of management, and bad-practice actions that too often lead to shipping products that I can't in good conscience endorse. Unpaid overtime is required, and workers are pushed to their breaking points in order to save money on hiring enough people to do the job well."
