"Don't get stuck as a broker assistant, move desks around and find which desk will help you get to a broker position"

"a dead end job, no plans to move me forward, same position for 3 years, I have gained an expertise and become the good to person, but I don't like being an assistant, I want to call the shots or do something else that is not this intense."

"Have monthly meetings, focus on getting the assistant move to a broker position."
