Over and beyond, the candidates also assessed for general fit into the company culture and careful thought is given before making the final call. Working for high profile clients such as Starbucks, Nintendo, LifeFitness and many other known organizations, it become imperative for the team to be at its best. "Be yourself and be your best. iBizSoft is a very technology oriented organization attracting the best in the industry. It had its moments when it had to let-go employees when their performance dipped and deliverables were not met for important clients, which goes with any industry. Its important to remain open about one's skills with its management and not take up undue pressure. With a global presence, its CEO and management executives ensure work is very well balanced by letting the work completed in a follow-the-sun model."

"I have been working as an Intern for a while. The developers at the company do not follow any source control or OOD principles. I have been moved to 3 different projects based on different technologies during the first few weeks of my internship."
"Started working for iBizSoft in 2010. Has great ethical values with a mission to provide an exemplary service to their current and new customers. Customer and employee retention has been one of the key reasons why this company is going strong for the past 15 years."
"Positive reviews are fake. Owner has no respect for employees and high turnover."
"The positive reviews are FAKE. I worked with ibizsoft and it is a horrible place. The owner of the organization is a charlatan. They submit fake resumes to the clients, they hire graduates fresh out of universities - manipulate the resume, and then use the openly abused H1 visas to keep running the so called 'sweat shop'. This is an H1B dependent employer - which means the Americans do not get hired here. The owner has no respect for the employees. No work-life balance. Very low pay. Please avoid this 'sweat shop'. 'Nepotism' is encouraged in this organization."
