"They were awesome! To say they were the kindest people I've worked for would be an understatement. They've always tried to work with me and get things on the same page so that the job can get done. Not only that, they trusted in me and my skills, something that I'm almost unfamiliar with. Cutting corners wherever possible, the end product provided usually matches the low price point. They rely almost entirely upon the talent of their employees to avoid nearly catastrophic results with their clients. Combined with barely functional Human Resources, and a half-hazard IT department, this tiny company serves as a basic entry level into Quality Assurance."

"Communication could be improved at all levels. Projects come and go and some are not fun to work on."

"Work on improving communication with all employees. Uncertainty about what project we will be working on next is a bit stressful."

"There is no interviewing process, they call you in and get you started."

"The manigment playing favortisim for who got laid off and who didn't. Keeping the people they liked personally and getting rid of the people they didn't, rather then it being off merrit."

"When there is work, call back the people who were laid off instead of hireing more people."
