"I started at IBC in 2015 and it was my introduction into the mortgage industry. I started off as a mortgage credit analyst and was promoted to a Loan Closer and most recently into a Loan Processor role. I have enjoyed my time at IBC and learned so much about the growing residential real estate industry in Texas & Oklahoma. After 4 years at IBC I feel like I have reached my ceiling as the internal promotions after processing are very limited and my dream role is to be an underwriter."
