"I like that we are located in several large cities around the world. I get to work with many different cultures and I learn a lot about the international business arena."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The office needs people who can speak more than one language (preferably Spanish, French, and/or Spanish). Human Resources also pay more attention to those who have taken the elementary/middle/high school educational programs that the organization offers."
What don't you like about working at International Baccalaureate?
"The organization does not help me grow. I have been working at the organization for the past two years as a part-time worker and have not gotten the chance to get a full-time job nor have I gotten help to improve my work at the office. I am over-worked and under-paid."

"I would want to help everyone understand what the company is trying to achieve."
