"The people were great. I liked everyone there. The pace was very slow and when I got there all the developers were using the sa password - I understand that - I have been there myself. They were on SQL Server 2000 and they wanted to go to SQL 2008 R2. It just took a long time to switch over."

"I started working for IAS in 2012 and thought this would be the job that I would retire from. The work life balance was great, my supervisor and superiors were all fair and honest and executive management cared about the opinion of the employees. This is a small, young company and I thought there was nowhere to go but up. Unfortunately, due to some inaccurate volumes, they laid off several employees."
