What don't you like about working at The International Association for the Properties of Water and Steam?
"Throughout the good economic times, IAPWS was an excellent company to work for, however, with the tighter economy and the tightening of the federal project money, they seem to have forgotten their employees. The Corporate Office also has a problem remembering that the projects don't provide support to Corporate, Corporate provides support to the sites since they are the profit centers and Corporate is overhead."

"Get back to the basics of the core business and remember that your core employees are experienced professionals with a passion to make the company more profitable."
