"- No overall strategy or direction for developing their software business- Presence and growth of their software business is very small- Managers dont really know who you are, what you do, how to help you grow- There is no technical career path- Boring, one person projects that end up as shelf-ware- Most work takes place at government sites. A lot of your time is dealing with the bureaucracy of sys admins and security instead of actual work.- Lack of diversity"
