"People of all disciplines are behaving in professional manner with their coworkers."

"Some project managers do not pay proper attention for their job leaders' needs. Like having additional discipline engineering helper."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As I described in above line item, project managers have to provide reasonable engineering manpower for job leaders."
