"Hytorc is a major player in industrial bolting. They are a good company but you are an independent rep with no benefits and not a ton of support. Very nice people in the corporate office in New Jersey."
"I changed careers 2 years ago, and this company is leaps and bounds better than anywhere I have worked in my 15 year work career. This is a very unique company that provides a very unique service to the industry it leads. For over 40 years it has prided itself on superior products and superior customer service and support. Our motto, Being #1 Is NO coincidence, is well earned. The work is challenging, but very rewarding. They do a lot more for their employees than most, guaranteed."
"I've worked with HYTORC for over 5 years and in spite of all the different people I'm faced with every day I get along with my co-workers and managers. You must have the right attitude to work here. Regardless of the field you're in with the company, you're going to have easy days to extremely tense and overworked days, but they do pretty well to compensate you.
