"I've worked for Hyster Yale for approximately 2 years. I worked on cutting-edge projects and solved issues that were critical to the client's success. Compensation was good considering the low cost of living in the area. It is a team inclusive environment and everyone is helpful to each other. My only advice to upper management would be to take more time out to listen to their workers. I have no further complaints."

"I have witnessed a number of changes during my time at HYG. However, a change made on September 4, 2018 has to say it all. On this d/ay, executive management made a decision to release the most like and most respected Value Stream Manager. That young man did more to move our business forward and improve the relationships with direct labor. The former Plant Manager did not like this young man and made sure he was dismissed. The executives in Greenville, NC need to take a long look in the mirror and ask themselves, "Do you believe the man you see?", as you have a number of individuals that have no idea what they are doing."
