What don't you like about working at Hypertherm?
"I have an 80 mile drive to and from work (160 miles per day). Though not directly work related, it is the only con I can think of when it comes to my job."

"Continue the culture that already exists at Hypertherm. Recognizing associates as individuals is key to their motivation. Improve some of the internal processes, especially providing constructive feedback on advancement opportunities."
