"This company has a lot of potential for growth in the telecom world. Their only issue is they don't want to spend the money on talent or systems. The work load for any PM is what a normal company would spread to a PM, CM, and a project coordinator. They don't judge by the product but by hours put in at the office. You can walk in late and leave late, with less than 8 hours in and they see you as working late. If you walk in early put in 10 hours and leave before 5 you left the office early. They have too many meetings to talk about the next meeting."
